Proverb. 4:7 “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom and with all thy getting,
get understanding.”
Pay attention; don’t let my words go in one ear and out the other.
When I was young, my father drilled me on what is important
Pay attention; do what I say to live
Sell everything to get wisdom, hunt for understanding
Don’t forget it; don’t deviate from it”
“Never walk away from wisdom
Put wisdom and understanding at the top of your list
Embrace wisdom; don’t let it slip away
Grace and beauty are the end results
Taking good advice will add years to your life
My directions are clear through righteousness
Don’t go into blind alleys or make wrong turns from them”
“Hold tight to good advice; don’t loosen your grip
Guard it well; don’t take wicked bypasses or short-cuts
Stay totally away from evil; stay away!
Evil people are restless people
They cannot sleep without spoiling someone’s life
Adversity and violence are their drugs of choice
Righteous live in light “wicked seek the dark
Learn my ways by heart; cherish them
Keep the written words before you
For body and soul to live, keep these words
Keep a vigilant watch over your heart; protect it
Don’t talk out of both sides of your mouth; avoid debate, lies, and gossip
Keep your eyes on the road; avoid destruction
Watch your step –EVERY step
Don’t look right or left; leave evil behind”

Just thought I should share this. My mum emailed me early this morning. I couldn’t have agreed more.
