No more excuses! It’s time to get in shape, kick out those unwanted pounds and meet our goals. Having gained over 30 pounds in the last 3years, I think I have had my fair share of body image issues and everything except a successful and long-term weight loss. Now my mentality is usually “do it big or go home!” for everything but with weight loss I have come to realize that smaller is better. Consistent small steps = big changes. Cutting out sugary drinks, drinking more water, making one healthy choice a day and actually using that gym membership will eventually go a long way!
